Clifford Loder Scholarship (deadline - May 1st)
The Clifford Loder Scholarship shall be awarded annually by the Endowment Committee and the Church Conference of Trinity United Methodist Church or its representatives in consultation with the Pastor currently appointed to Trinity United Methodist Church.

The Clifford Loder Scholarship shall be awarded to a member of a Christian Church in Genesee, Saginaw or Shiawassee County who is preparing for Christian Ministry at an accredited seminary. The person shall have been a member of a Church in Genesee, Saginaw or Shiawassee County for one year prior to application and shall be a recommended or certified candidate for ministry according the procedures of his or her denomination. Applicant may reapply each year as long as he or she is making satisfactory progress towards a M Div or equivalent degree. Preference may be given to United Methodists and or members of town and country churches.

Myrtha Loder Scholarship (deadline - May 1st)
The Myrtha Loder Scholarship shall be awarded annually by the Endowment Committee and the Church Conference of Trinity United Methodist Church or its representatives in consultation with the Pastor currently appointed to Trinity United Methodist Church.

The Myrtha Loder Scholarship shall be awarded to a person living in the Chesaning Union School District, or who has graduated from Chesaning Union Schools within 10 years of the date of first application and who is preparing for a career in nursing at an accredited four year degree granting institution. The applicant may reapply each year for as long as he or she is making satisfactory progress towards a BS, MS or equivalent Nursing Degree. Preference may be given to a member of a United Methodist Church.


Science / Technical Scholarship (if funds are available - deadline - May 1st)

The scholarship is for $500. Eligible applicants include those pursuing a 4-year degree in engineering, agriculture, chemistry or similar science. Alternatively, students pursuing a 2-year degree in welding, machining, automotive repair or similar technical field are also eligible. The applicant should be active or have been active in the church or MYF. Being a church member of Chesaning Trinity United Methodist Church is not required.

Summer Camp Opportunity
Camp Scholarships are available to children as needed, who are interested in attending a Methodist Church Camp. Requests need to be submitted to the Methodist Men by mail or dropped off at the church office.
