Methodist Men

Each church shall have an organized unit of United Methodist Men chartered and annually recertified through the General Commission on United Methodist Men to provide a dedicated ministry for building men spiritually and involving men in the total ministry of the Church.”

Purpose of United Methodist Men
Men seeking membership in a local United Methodist Men fellowship shall be expected to subscribe to these objectives:

1.  To engage daily in Bible study and prayer.
2.  To bear witness to Christ's way in daily work and in all personal contacts through words
     and actions.
3.  To engage in some definite Christian service.
4.  To encourage knowledge of and support for the total mission of The United Methodist Church.
 5. To engage in evangelism by sharing the fullness of the gospel in its personal and social
 6. To clarify and speak to the identity and role of the man in contemporary society.
 7. To seek commitment to discipleship.
 8. To study and become familiar with The United Methodist Church, its organization,
     doctrine, and belief.
 9. To cooperate with all units of United Methodist Men in obtaining these objectives through
     district, conference, and church-wide goals.

We meet on the last Sunday of the month at 9 am during the months of September - June. All men are invited to join us for devotions and fellowship.

Throughout the year, the men will hold pancake suppers and steak dinners in the fellowship hall. Some of the funds raised from these events help support youth in attending a summer camp.
Camp scholarships are available from the Methodist Men by submitting a request to them.
